Future bookings 2020

Updated 07 July 2020

We are starting to enter a new phase of the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on global travel, with hotels and airlines starting to announce openings and schedules in July, meaning at last we can all begin to enjoy our holidays again.

On 4 July, the UK FCO announced that travel restrictions will be lifted on some of our favourite summer holiday destinations, giving reassurance that these are now safe to travel to.

For our Irish customers, the DFA advice remains in place against all but essential travel.

Package holiday customers:

All UK customers with package holidays due to travel between 18 July to 30 August, where the FCO advice now permits travel, will have received an email from us to explain next steps.

Our Customer Service Team are responding to each request working in departure date order. There are a high volume of customer requests to manage and so you may not hear from us straight away, especially if you are due to travel later in August. Rest assured, the team are working as fast as they can and will get to you as soon as they can.

If you are travelling to a destination where the FCO continue to advise against all but essential travel, we will contact you 14 days prior to your departure.

Hotel or Flight-only bookings:

We are continuing to contact all customers 14 days prior to departure with the full options available, dependent on the type of booking held with us.
