Flight-Only Bookings

Below we have everything you need to know if you have a Flight-Only booking with us.


- On the 29th October, the FCDO will change their travel advice for Cyprus and Lithuania, advising against all non-essential travel to these destinations as of 4am on the 31st October. We are calling all customers due to travel to these destinations in departure date order, with the options available. 

- On the 25th October, the FCDO will change their travel advice for the Canary Islands, the Maldives, Denmark and Mykonos, meaning you will be able to travel to those destinations without having to quarantine on arrival back in the UK.

- On the 15th October, the FCDO lifted their travel restrictions for Crete, joining the Greek islands of Lesvos, Tinos, Serifos, Santorini and Zakynthos, meaning that you will be able to travel to this destination too. 

- On the 15th October, the FCDO changed their travel advice for Italy advising against all non-essential travel to this country from the 18th October.


When can I expect to hear from you?

We are emailing all customers with Flight-Only bookings, 14 days prior to their departure date with available options. Today we will email all those due to depart on the 14th, 15th, & 16th November. 

Our service team are calling all Flight-Only customers in departure date order to manage these requests.

If your flight departure date has passed and you have yet to speak to us to amend your booking, we apologise that you have not been able to reach us and we will call you directly to assist further with your booking. We are currently working through flight booking which were due to depart in September and October. 


What are my options?

- All Flight-Only bookings are non-refundable and the contract you hold for your booking is directly with the airline.

- This means your options are subject to your airline’s current cancellation and amendment policies.

- If your flight is still operating, you can travel as planned.

- Should you wish to cancel or amend, we will advise you of your options dependent on your airline’s policies when we call you.


What happens if there is a major change to my flight schedule or it is cancelled?

If there has been a change to your flight booking that we have been informed of, a member of our service team will call you to assist with the options available to you in departure date order.
