HOW CAN WE HELP YOU?

Attraction & Excursion Bookings

Updated 20th October 2020

If you have an Attractions booking that has been affected by the impact of Covid-19, we have everything you need to know below.

- On the 29th October, the FCDO will change their travel advice for Cyprus and Lithuania, advising against all non-essential travel to these destinations as of 4am on the 31st October. We are calling all customers due to travel to these destinations in departure date order, with the options available.

- On the 25th October, the FCDO will change their travel advice for the Canary Islands, the Maldives, Denmark and Mykonos, meaning you will be able to travel to those destinations without having to quarantine on arrival back in the UK.

- On the 15th October, the FCDO lifted their travel restrictions for Crete, joining the Greek islands of Lesvos, Tinos, Serifos, Santorini and Zakynthos, meaning that you will be able to travel to this destination too.

- On the 15th October, the FCDO changed their travel advice for Italy advising against all non-essential travel to this country from the 18th October.

What are my options?

- If your date-specific Attraction or Excursion booking was cancelled, you will receive a refund. This is providing that the supplier has returned the funds to us.

- Many of our tickets are valid for general admission on any day during the Attraction’s opening dates. If your ticket is still valid, but you have decided not to/or you’re unable to travel, please raise a Customer Service Request to let us know if you would like to cancel the reservation or move it to a later date.

- If you choose to request to amend or cancel your booking, we will contact the supplier on your behalf and make the necessary arrangements. Many of our suppliers have automatically extended their ticket validities into 2021 in response to the pandemic. If your booking has benefited from extended validity, we will contact you by raising a Customer Service Request on your booking to let you know your options.

- If you have asked to cancel a non-refundable attraction booking, we will work with the supplier to reduce costs where possible or move the booking to a later date.
