Covid-19 Customer Waiver

From Thursday 11 June 2020, Travel Republic have introduced this waiver that will need to be acknowledged and agreed to prior to making a new booking.

  • Current UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office (“FCO”) and Irish Department of Foreign Affairs and Policy (“DFA”) guidance advises against all but essential international travel
  • For your protection, products, services and facilities included in your booking may be subject to short notice change, closure, intermittent availability
  • Additional measures (including cleaning, enhanced health screening procedures and social distancing) may be in place
  • It is your responsibility to understand and comply with any travel safety policies put in place by airports, airlines or other travel providers as required.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid and adequate travel insurance cover in place

Despite the above, when you proceed to book and travel you, and anyone else travelling on your booking, agree to not hold us, our suppliers or group companies responsible for any loss or damage suffered, including loss or damage arising from or in relation to:

  • the shortening of your trip or cancellation of any aspect of the booking connected with Covid-19;
  • any restrictions put in place by the Government of the country you are travelling to;
  • any changes to your booking resulting from additional safety, cleaning or social distancing measures;
  • travelling against FCO and DFA advice.
