Bank holidays - 10:00am - 6:00pm

Online bookings can be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

For queries relating to an existing booking, you should find answers to most of your questions within our support centre section.

You can manage your booking online using our Manage My Booking service, where you can:

  • Make payments online
  • View your booking
  • Add seats, meals or hold luggage
  • Resend your booking receipts and vouchers

If you still need to speak to a member of our Customer Service team, they are available:

Attraction Tickets

We are unable to post hard tickets until Tuesday 23rd April but E-tickets will be availbale as usual during the easter period.
