Manage your Booking online:

You’re able to manage your booking online 24/7, via our App, our mobile website, or desktop website accessed on the likes of a laptop or desktop computer. In just a couple of clicks you can:

  • View details of your booking
  • Resend your holiday documents
  • Make payments (and view your payment schedule) 
    • You can make extra payments (we'll update any scheduled payments to take account of this), or pay your balance off early
  • Raise a Support Request to our amazing team
    • This can be for anything you may need like asking a question, looking at changes to your booking or even requesting to cancel, safe in the knowledge we’ll be back in touch with-in 48hrs, meaning you can carry on watching that movie, sorting the kids out or head out on date night without having to pick up the phone

Our Customer Service team are available everyday between 9am and 5:30pm - please note on the last Thursday of each month we open at 10am, allowing for team training.

Our Sales team are available on weekdays between 9am and 8pm and 9am to 6pm at weekends.
