Do I have to pay in full?

During the booking process, you will be offered two options regarding payments.

Option 1 - Full payment

Option 2 – Deposit

If you choose to pay a deposit only, the remaining amount will be advised to you at the time of booking, which will include the payment ‘due date’. Failure to pay the outstanding balance by your due date will result in Travel Republic notifying your travel provider, which will result in cancellation fees set out to you in your booking agreement. 

Accommodation Deposit

Our low deposit offers are available for accommodation bookings made 15 days or more prior to departure – these low deposit offers will be indicated to you when you check availability on the Travel Republic website. The remaining balance will be due 14 days prior to your departure date.

Some of the hotel providers require full payment at the time of booking, in which case, our low deposit offers will not be available. Our low deposits starting from £15 are non-refundable and therefore would not be reimbursed should you decide to cancel your booking,  standard cancellation terms 

Flights Deposit

If you have chosen a charter flight you will be asked to pay their standard deposit amount, which ranges from £34 to the full amount, and will be displayed when you check flight availability. Where applicable, the remaining balance on these flights is due 28 days after making the booking.

If you decide to cancel your booking before the full amount has been taken, the remaining balance will still be due to Travel Republic and will be payable immediately.

Note: For car hire, car parking, insurance and attraction tickets, these must be paid in full at the time of making your booking.
