Customer Update for those with Hotel-Only bookings due to check-in up to 20th September 

Flexible Hotel-Only Bookings

A quick reminder that we have paused final balance payments being taken automatically for anyone travelling in May. If you are due to check-in in June, then balance payments will be collected automatically in accordance with your payment plan.   


To manage your hotel reservation, you can simply sign-in to the website and either; 

-  Cancel your reservation automatically using the ‘Cancel Booking’ option. Your refund will be issued at the time of cancellation and may take up to 2-7 working days to appear in your account.  

Keep your reservation by paying your outstanding final balance using the ‘Pay Balance’ option.

To sign-in to view your booking on the website, you will need to have an account. If you do not yet have an account, you can learn how to create one by clicking here.

Please note, you can make payment at any time up to 21 days prior to your check-in date. If the final balance is not paid by this time, we will cancel your reservation.


Non-Refundable Hotel-Only Bookings

For those customers who have booked a non-refundable room in a hotel, these will remain non-refundable as paid irrespective of UK Government travel advice.

Should your hotel be closed, or the hotel wish to make a change to your booking, the Customer Service team will contact you directly to let you know your options.
