How do I cancel my package booking?

Most flight fares have non-changeable and non-refundable booking conditions.

If you wish to cancel an accommodation booking, you will be required to pay a £40 cancellation fee to cover our administration costs, and any other cancellation fees that may be levied by the supplier(s) of your arrangements. 

Please note that even if you cancel your Arrangements within 28 days of booking, the second deposit balance of your package will be payable in full immediately plus the administration charge detailed above. This means that if you still have a balance to pay on your flights, then this would be charged to cancel.

Occasionally, we might be able to negotiate with the airline and hotel to lower their cancellation fees. Please log into the Manage Your Booking section on our website or app using your booking reference number. You will then be able to raise a Customer Support Request (CSR) to make your request.We will then action your request within the next 2 business days. Please note priority is given to urgent requests relating to bookings close to departure.
