We wanted to give you a clear and easy to use guide on how to make changes to your booking and what, if any, charges will apply!

If you have any questions or would like to Amend your booking, you can either:

  1. Call us 0208 974 7200 and press option 1  or
  2. Raise a Customer Support Request by logging in to the Manage Your Booking section of the website

Please raise a Customer Service Request by logging into the Manage Your Booking section of our website.

 

All bookings are subject to the Ts and Cs provided at the time of booking. We’ll aim to get back to you in 5 days or less of receiving your request.

Package Holiday:

We can amend your package holiday for £25 per person (over 18's only), plus any charges levied by the travel provider.

Please check the Hotel confirmation we sent, as this will contain a table which shows the latest date for amendments to be made, which is the final date of free cancellation. Please note this table denotes free cancellation for your hotel only, as flights are non-refundable.

On the confirmation documents we have sent you, you'll see the below table. The last date you can amend your booking is the final date when free cancellation ends
