I want to cancel my booking:
We know it’s not great having to cancel your booking which is why we’ve created this handy guide so you can easily understand your options.
You'll find it much quicker and easier to cancel your booking via your online account.
- Simply log-in to your acocunt (need to create an acocunt, click here)
- Find your booking and press Manage Trip
- And then press the Cancel Booking button as shown below
- This works for all booking types (and if we can't do it automatically, it will send a message to our team to take the actions neccessary).

Flexi Hotel only booking:
£15 to cancel your booking, up to date shown at time of booking, and on the table in your paperwork. If you have paid more than £15, any additional money will be refunded back to the card used for payment within 3-5 working days of the cancellation request being completed. Please note the fee to cancel applies when calling and cancelling via Manage Your Booking. If you wish to amend your hotel, room type or board basis, we will not charge you an admin fee (any additional cost charged by the supplier will of course need to be paid).

Give us a call and we’ll amend your package holiday for just £25 per adult (over 18). Plus any change levied by the travel provider

Flights are non refundable and need to be paid in full
Flexible accommodation – we can cancel free of charge until the date specified on your confirmation voucher
Transfers, car parking and car hire – we can cancel free of charge up to x7 days prior to departure
