I want to cancel my booking

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you would like to cancel your booking with Travel Republic, please advise us as soon as possible.  If you are travelling within 24 hours, please contact our Customer Service team on 0208 974 7200

Cancellations can only be accepted in accordance with the terms and conditions of the supplier.

I want to cancel my package holiday

If you have booked a package holiday (where you have been provided one total cost for your holiday) the second deposit balance of your package will be payable in full immediately, plus a cancellation charge of £40.

Occasionally, we might be able to negotiate with the airline and hotel to lower their cancellation fees. Please log into the Manage Your Booking section on our website or app using your booking reference number. You will then be able to raise a Customer Support Request (CSR) to make your request. We will aim to action your request within the next 5 business days. Please note priority is given to urgent requests relating to bookings close to departure.

I want to cancel my accommodation only booking

it is possible that your hotel booking may be non-refundable - however, this will always be highlighted to you at the time of booking.

With the exception of this, the following charges apply to all accommodation cancellations;

  • Any accommodation cancelled more than 7 days before departure: £40 cancellation fee (or the value of the booking if lower)
  • Any accommodation cancelled 7 days or less before departure: 100% of the booking value

If you make a new accommodation booking within 30 days of cancelling; assuming you cancelled your previous accommodation more than 7 days before departure, we will refund the charge minus £25.

If you wish to proceed with the cancellation of your accommodation, please log into Manage Your Booking on our website or the app where you'll be able to cancel your booking by simply selecting 'Auto Cancel'.

I want to cancel my flight only booking

All airlines are non-refundable

Please log into the Manage Your Booking section on our website or app using your booking reference number. You will then be able to raise a Customer Support Request (CSR) to make your request. We will aim to action your request within the next 5 business days. Please note priority is given to urgent requests relating to bookings close to departure.

I want to cancel my car rental booking

Outside of 48 hours: free of charge

Inside of 48 hours: 100% loss

We will aim to action your request within the next 5 business days. Please note priority is given to urgent requests relating to bookings close to departure.

I want to cancel my transfer booking

If you wish to cancel a transfer booking outside 48 hours of departure, this will incur a cancellation fee of £10 or 20% of the total transfer booking value – whichever is greater.

Inside 48 hours: 100% Loss

I want to cancel my car parking booking

Within 14 days of the booking made: free of charge

After this: 100% cancellation charges
