Why can't I sign into Manage Your Booking?

If you have forgotten your Manage Your Booking password then you can click on the 'Forgotten your password?' link on the log-in page. This will send an email over to you, where you'll be able to reset your password and log back in. 

Alternatively, you can click on the 'Booking lookup' tab and enter your surname and booking reference. 

Once you're logged in, you will be able to do various things such as view your documents, amend your booking and pay your balance.
