How can I change my transfer booking?

If you have been sent a flight schedule time change for a tailor made booking, e.g. flight, accommodation and transfer, we will forward you a revised booking confirmation to your email.

If you have booked a transfer only with Travel Republic and you wish to change your booking after it has been confirmed, we will inform your transfer provider of your request and will advise you if it's possible to make changes.

Please note that it may not always be possible to action the changes.

You will be asked to pay any costs incurred from the transfer provider in making the change. You should be aware that these costs could increase closer to the departure date, therefore you should contact us as soon as possible to make any changes.

To request the changes, please log into the Manage Your Booking section on our website or app using your transfer booking reference. You will then be able to raise a Customer Support Request (CSR), advising us of the changes you require. We will then action your request within the next 2 business days. Please note priority is given to urgent requests relating to bookings close to departure.  

In Resort

You must reconfirm your transfer when you are in resort. Details will be on your confirmation and they will factor in traffic and potential issues at the airport, such as a strike.
