How do I amend my package booking?

It's possible to make certain changes to your package booking.

Please note that if we are able to make any changes to your booking, we charge an amendment fee of £50 per booking, plus any charges applied by the service providers.

If you choose to cancel your booking, we will not refund you any administration fee(s).

 

If you want to change a name on your booking, please be aware we charge an amendment fee which will be added to your new invoice. In regards to name changes on flights, this is subject to the airline's permission.

If the lead passenger is changed, a new lead passenger must be nominated, and will then be responsible for any payment of balance due on their new invoice.

Please bear in mind that certain airlines and other transport providers treat changes as a cancellation and charge accordingly, up to 100% of the cost for that part of the arrangement. Where applicable, these charges will be passed on to you.

When changing your holiday details, the price of your new travel arrangements will be based on the price that applies on the day you make the change. These prices may not be the same as when you first made your booking.

Some arrangements cannot be removed once they have been added to your booking. Certain extras, such as excursions and theme park tickets may be non-refundable. We will make this clear when you book these arrangements: please check with us if you are unsure at the time of booking.

 

If you wish to amend your package holiday booking, this will depend on the terms and conditions that apply to your particular booking. It may well be that changes are not possible, but in most cases airlines and hotels will allow you to make changes to your booking in accordance with their amendment charges. 

To find out what changes can be made, please log into the Manage Your Booking section on our website or app using your booking reference. You will then be able to raise a Customer Support Request (CSR) to make your request. We will then action your request within the next 2 business days. Please note priority is given to urgent requests relating to bookings close to departure.
