Where can I find my booking and booking reference?

This handy page will be your guide on:

1) How to find your reference number

2) Answer what to do if your confirmation doesn't arrive

3) How to find and login to Manage Your Booking to locate all your booking details

Your reference number:

Can be found on the confirmation e-mail(s) which we will send to the e-mail address you provided at the time of booking. Our reference numbers are 8 numbers long and will start with a three letter code such as ACM, EUF or TRN  (EG -  ACM/10101010)

Your reference number can be found in the following two places:

  1. The subject line of the e-mail we sent to confirm your booking and
  2. In the blue box towards the top of your booking confirmation e-mail

Please remember it may take up to 12 hours for your confirmation to arrive (although normally it's pretty instant). In the unlikely event you do not receive your documents, give our lovely Customer Service team a call on:

How to log into Manage Your Booking:

Manage Your Booking is an amazing place which allows you to:

1. View your booking details

2. Make Payments

3. Send Customer Service Requests to our amazing team (it saves having to pick up the phone!) and our replies will show there as well.

4. Resend your holiday documents

5. Add baggage and in-flight meals, plus so much more

To sign to Manage Your Booking (whether on a laptop, phone or tablet), click on the icon which looks like a head and shoulders, towards the top right hand side of the web page

You’ll then be asked to sign-in using the e-mail address you provided at the time of booking, and the password you typed in when signing up for an account.
